Delivery & Returns
We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (posters, etc.). Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed depends on product type and destination.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less
Once you have clicked on the "confirm" button, it might be not possible to edit or cancel your order. If you want to change some parameters, please contact us as soon as possible. Replacement of Products for Products claimed as damaged or not received are subject to Printful investigation and discretion.
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Printful to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Printful may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It is your (if you are a User) or your Customer's (if you are a Merchant) responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case Printful will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.
Printful will review replacement/return requests only if (a) there is a missing or broken Product, or a print error if Printful is at fault and (b) Printful receives a complaint within 30 days from the day the Product was delivered or within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, if the Product is missing.
Delivery time of our products depend on the product’s availability and the destination of the delivery. We reserve the right to deliver the orders in multiple deliveries.
Shipping fees depend on the chosen delivery method. For international deliveries your delivery options and costs are determined on your zip code and country.
You will be shown the available delivery methods and shipping fees before you check out.
Please note that we use external service providers for carrying out shippings.
All orders in USA and EU are shipped with FedEx, Latvijas Pasts, DHL, USPS or dpd. We use same carriers for all international orders outside and inside USA and EU. We reserve the right to deliver the orders in multiple deliveries and this might affect on delivery times for certain items.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates based on average delivery times from our shipping partners, and we cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated time. We are not responsible for any delivery delay. Weekends and holidays are not included in the delivery days.
All shipments will have a tracking which makes shipping for smaller items like stickers a bit more expensive than regular envelope shipping, but it is done for customers protection.
Consumers have the right to cancel their order placed through the online store and return the product within 30 days of receiving of the order.
Please note that the return policy does not apply to custom made or tailored products, or for sealed products if the seal has been broken.
The returned product must be unused and capable of being resold. The product must be packaged either in its original packaging or in a similar manner.
Please contact our customers service when returning your order.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
Wrong Address - If customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to the customer.
Returned by Customer - Customer should always contact email@example.com before returning any orders. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Cases of ordering wrong size are solved case by case.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Morbid North and Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
